Concert Properties
Concert Properties is a Vancouver-based real estate company with a long track record of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across British Columbia. At Capital Park, Concert partnered with Jawl to deliver the full six-acre vision, including office, rental and ownership housing.
Rental residences at Capital Park continue to be managed under the Concert Realty Services umbrella.
Jawl Properties
Jawl Properties is a Victoria-based developer and property owner with deep roots on Vancouver Island. The firm brought local knowledge and a commitment to quality and neighbourhood integration to the Capital Park partnership.
Design Team
- Architect: Endall Elliot Associates (later part of Stantec) — contemporary expression drawing cues from the Legislature and Queen’s Printer buildings.
- Interior design: BBA Design Consultants — sophisticated residential interiors and common areas.
- Collaborators: Engineering and landscape teams supported the public realm, green roofs and structural solutions for the multi-phase build.
